Impala-ICT is looking for a creative and driven Software Developer to help us build our next generation systems while supporting our established platforms. In this hybrid role, you will be joining a dynamic R&D team focused on designing robust, high-performance solutions.

our work will span the entire software lifecycle. You will ensure the stability and performance of our critical legacy systems, while also serving at the forefront of our new initiatives. Your contributions will directly shape the foundation of our new products, ensuring they are built for scale, reliability, and long-term success alongside our existing infrastructure.
In this role, you will balance building new, scalable systems from the ground up with maintaining and optimizing existing applications. While we value full-stack capability, your primary impact will be driving development across Backend, Frontend, and On-Prem Cloud Engineering utilizing the .NET ecosystem.
New Development: Design, architect, and build new features and systems from scratch.
System Maintenance: Maintain, debug, and refactor legacy code to ensure ongoing reliability, security, and performance.
Backend Expertise: 1+ years of professional software development experience, with a
deep focus on C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core.
